Terms of Work

• Contract Cancellation: Breach of any terms outlined in the contract may result in its immediate cancellation. In such cases, no refund of any advance payment will be issued.
• Work Ethics: WakeUpCoders adheres to the highest professional standards to ensure fairness, transparency, and mutual respect throughout all projects and collaborations.

Project Initiation

Before initiating any project, we create a detailed contract to establish clear expectations between the Wakeupcoders team and the client. This contract includes:

• Personal details such as phone number, email, name, and address.
• Budget, billing information, and advance token amount.
• Any additional terms, policies, and conditions specific to the requested services or products.

For every new service or product, a new contract will be created, and all terms and conditions will apply.

• Advance Payments: We require token payments in advance for both fixed and hourly pricing models. The remaining payment is collected on a milestone basis.
